But we don’t stop at production - quality is non-negotiable. Every bag undergoes rigorous quality checks at each stage, from material selection to final inspection. With tools like needle detectors and steam ironing machines, we ensure every product meets global standards before it leaves our facilities.
Energy-efficient LED lighting brightens the space, while advanced effluent treatment systems ensure waste is responsibly managed. And with plans to incorporate solar power, we’re taking bold steps toward a greener future.
Our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint is reinforced by our in-house facilities, which allow us to maintain quality control, ensure timely delivery, and minimize transportation-related emissions.
With a daily consumption of 75,000 meters of fabric, our backward integration efforts will soon enable us to produce 25,000 meters in-house, fostering both cost efficiency and design confidentiality.
